• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Users must manually renew their subscription each period.
• All charges are non-refundable, except at our discretion or in accordance with the specific service's rules. If subscription fees change, we will notify you in advance through a posting on AI CoverLetterAssist by email.
